Even if the contracted services involving Santa have already taken place, the client always decides on the value received and may make any changes merited. Adjustments to the payment due may be made by the client as desired. Full refunds of all payments are available for up to 30 days following the event. Santa Walter’s approach is shaped and tempered by his years in hospitality management. In the restaurant, if the food isn’t right, then it needs to be redone or an adjustment made to the guest check. If the service warrants an adjusted gratuity either up or down, the guest has the right and responsibility to provide feedback to the server. If the Santa visit is exemplary, then please consider putting extra in the envelope.
Additional Santas may join our cast, who will meet the expectations of the rigorous standards of excellence embodied in Santa For Events. Also joining the cast is Mrs. Claus Mary Jo, who is a graduate of a professional clown school and performing experience. She is joined by Elf Heather who coordinates crafts, goody-bags, and photo services. Elf Jenny is returning as a companion elf, and will be joined by additional young people to support Santa for all visits. Elf Chris continues his work as our Information Technology Elf and technical coordinator. For Christmas 2008, the cast will have more than doubled!
In Santa For Events, we will be asking each client to supply us feedback. While we strive for perfection, as human beings we are subject to occasional lapses. Please help us constantly improve. Based on Christmas Season 2007 feedback, we are adding the elf companion to every Santa party event. The clients who benefited from having Elf Jenny along were uniformly positive. We are recruiting additional elves for Christmas 2008, who will participate in training before the season starts.
