Even if the contracted services involving Santa have already taken place, the client always decides on the value received and may make any changes merited. Adjustments to the payment due may be made by the client as desired. Full refunds of all payments are available for up to 30 days following the event. Santa Walter’s approach is shaped and tempered by his years in hospitality management. In the restaurant, if the food isn’t right, then it needs to be redone or an adjustment made to the guest check. If the service warrants an adjusted gratuity either up or down, the guest has the right and responsibility to provide feedback to the server. If the Santa visit is exemplary, then please consider putting extra in the envelope.
