Santa For Events is Expanding

Sometimes Santa is too busy! Because there were several contacts that went by the wayside in past years resulting in disappointed children, Santa For Events is expanding services. By having additional Santas join the group, the overhead costs for marketing can be shared. Each Santa working with Santa For Events has passed a security screening, has public performance liability insurance, and has successfully improved the Santa persona through professional development courses, seminars, and literature. In addition to adding additional Santas, there are several Elves and Mrs. Clauses who are coming on board to assure better customer satisfaction at each event.

Santa Charles

Santa Walter is being joined again this season by his brother, Santa Charles. When they are together, bystanders always wonder if they are twins. Although they are not twins, the authentic Santa “real-deal” persona makes them difficult to tell apart. Santa Walter is an elementary school teacher nearing retirement, and Santa Charles is a retired psychotherapist. Both have extensive experience in dealing with children and with families.

Santa Steve and Elf Christine

This season, we are pleased to announce as well  another fine real-bearded Santa: Santa Steve. He brings 4 seasons experience in bringing the spirit of Christmas to families, parties, and gatherings. He and Elf Christie are a wonderful addition to the team. Elf Christine is a preschool teacher during her away-from-the-North-Pole time.

Mrs Claus, who is a consummate professional entertainer, adds energy, storytelling, photo support, as well as supervising larger parties.

Full Services for Large Events

There will often be at least one support person for Santa or more, depending on the number of children to visit with Santa. Mrs. Claus adds entertainment energy. Several of the Elves come with skills in entertaining children with balloon art, face painting, puppets, children’s crafts, as well as skills reading with children. Photographers are also available for complete services, as needed, printed on site or down loadable. Santa For Events will be able to handle any size Christmas party from intimate family visits, children and adult parties, company Christmas events, grand openings, parades, tree lighting ceremonies, Christmas Faires and the like.

Support Elves and Entertainment Elves
There are two basic roles for elves: supporting Santa visits and photos, and entertaining the crowd, especially for larger events. Training and coordinating the elves for Santa visit roles is Santa Walter, whose Hospitality Management major is from Cornell University.  The overall plan for large events will feature a flexible plan for varying the entertainment across the hours of the event, from start to finish. (All breaks will be be coordinated by the Elf-in-Charge [EiC], for example.)

Based on years of hospitality management, Santa Walter and the Cast leave the determination of the value delivered to the customer. In other words, when you receive the invoice for services, you may adjust it as needed. Period. Even if you have already paid, we will refund any amount needed to satisfy the client within 30 days of the event. Ultimately, the client decides on how much to pay for Santa’s services.

The published rates (which covers an extensive array of overhead expenses) are:

• $225 for an hour with Santa and a helper, either Mrs. Claus or a companion Elf
• $175 for an additional hour of Santa and his Elf or Mrs. Claus
• $125 for the 3rd consecutive hour and each following.
• $125 for 20 minutes for Santa for a brief  ‘fly-by’ visit with a family or during dessert at a company party
• $165 for 30 minutes of Santa and an Elf or Mrs. Claus for a smaller party
• $195 for 40 minutes of Elf or Mrs. Claus and Santa for a larger group or more activities
• $280 for 90 minutes of Santa and Elf
• $100 for an hour with Mrs. Claus telling stories, entertaining, posing for photos, and singing with small children
