Since Santa For Events, headquartered in San Jose, California, works with 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, the pricing ranges below are guidelines. The client always has the option of raising or lowering the payment based on satisfaction with the services. In practice, that means that the payment in the envelope is entirely up to the client, and up to 30 days for requesting and receiving a prompt refund, if needed.

The bottom line: “If we make a mistake, then we must do everything we can to make it right, even up to 100% refund,” says Santa Walter.

If credit card payment is desired, secure payment may be made through Google Checkout or PayPal. We also just signed up with the new money transfer system Dwolla. Please select an appropriate button. Payment can always be made with cash or check made out to Santa For Events at the time of the event. Simply slip Santa an envelope or card as he is leaving.

Many companies now like paying with a credit card for ease of accounting. If that works for you, please see the options with Google Checkout and PayPal created so far. If you need a differing option, please let us know, as we can invoice you directly to an email address. Please send us an email alerting us of the option you have selected. The adjusted published rates [as of 12/7/2010] (which covers our extensive array of overhead expenses) are:

  • $235 for an hour with Santa and a helper; $165 for an additional hour of Santa and his Elf or Mrs. Claus; $125 for the 3rd consecutive hour and each following.
  • $175 for 30 minutes of Santa and an Elf or Mrs. Claus for a party [$200 on Christmas Eve]
  • $195 for 40 minutes of Elf or Mrs. Claus and Santa for a larger group or more activities
  • $275 for 80 minutes of Santa and Mrs. Claus for a small company or large family party
  • $325 for 100 minutes of Santa and Elf or Mrs. Claus<%

    I sent an email a few days ago but have not heard back. Can you tell me if I can getting a booking for Sunday, December 13th, mid-day. The visit would be for 45minutes and with just family. Aprox 8 children. I beleive we used you last year and you were GREAT! Please confirm:
