Since Santa For Events works with 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, the pricing ranges below are only guidelines. The client always has the option of raising or lowering the payment based on satisfaction with the services.In practice, that means that the payment in the envelope is entirely up to the client, and up to 30 days for requesting and receiving a prompt refund, if needed. The bottom line: “If we make a mistake, then we must do everything we can to make it right, even up to 100% refund,” says Santa Walter. If credit card payment is desired, please select an appropriate button below. Payment can always be made with cash or check at the time of the event.

Mrs. Claus’s Visits

As a special for mid-day & mid-week  Mrs. Claus visits we offer a special price of $90 for 40 minutes.  The most popular times for weekend evenings probably offer more value to the client at the upper end of the range, with afternoon and evenings mid-week being on the lower end of the range.

Entertainment Elves for Crafts, Games, Facepainting, Storytelling

Skilled Elves are available to add additional services to a larger party. Elf Mae is the lead face painting Elf. She works closely with Elf Heather and Elf Della, who can set up child-friendly Christmas crafts, cookie decorating, storytelling, tattooing, and fun activities as needed. Mrs. MaryJo Claus can assist with face painting, or other supporting roles. [All are experienced pre-school, Kinder or First grade teachers!]

No Deposit Needed

Please consider the booking as confirmed only when the client has requested a specific time and date, received a CONFIRMATION (usually by email from santa@santa4events.com), and then ACCEPTED the CONFIRMATION. No deposit is needed; payment in an envelope as Santa is leaving is fine. PayPal is an option for anyone wanting a credit card receipt; simply request an invoice in the amount you intend to pay by email. A PayPal account by the client is optional.
