The adjusted published rates [as of 12/7/2010] (which covers an extensive array of overhead expenses) are:

• $235 for an hour with Santa and a helper; $165 for an additional hour of Santa and his Elf or Mrs. Claus; $125 for the 3rd consecutive hour and each following.
• $175 for 30 minutes of Santa and an Elf or Mrs. Claus for a party [$200 on Christmas Eve]
• $195 for 40 minutes of Elf or Mrs. Claus and Santa for a larger group or more activities
• $275 for 80 minutes of Santa and Mrs. Claus for a small company or large family party
• $325 for 100 minutes of Santa and Elf or Mrs. Claus
• $400 for 2 hours of Santa and helper
• $525 for 3 hours of Santa and helper
• $650 for 4 hours of Santa and helper

On Christmas Eve, Santa drops in for about 30 minutes to entertain and help create some great memories and photos for $200 published rate. He is traveling on a tight schedule!

Adult coordinating and entertaining elves are also available for $100 per hour. Mrs. Claus Mary Jo is a fabulous storyteller and entertainer to help make the event an outstanding success. Elf Heather brings or supplies crafts; children are entertained with  cookie decorating, storytelling, goody-bags, and photo services, and we offer face painting with Elf Mae and Elf Desiree.

No Deposit Needed

Please consider the booking as confirmed only when the client has requested a specific time and date, received a CONFIRMATION (usually by email from santa@santa4events.com), and then ACCEPTED the CONFIRMATION. The reservation should show on the Booking Calendars without a HOLD. No deposit is needed; payment in an envelope as Santa is leaving is fine. PayPal is an option for anyone wanting a credit card receipt; simply request an invoice in the amount you intend to pay by email. A PayPal account by the client is optional.

Entertainment Elves for Crafts, Games, Facepainting, Storytelling

Skilled Elves are available to add additional services to a larger party. Elf Mae is the lead face painting Elf. She works closely with Elf Heather and Elf Della, who can set up child-friendly Christmas crafts, cookie decorating, storytelling, tattooing, and fun activities as needed. Mrs. MaryJo Claus can assist with face painting, or other supporting roles. [All are experienced pre-school, Kinder or First grade teachers!]
